SHILOH – Development of two luxury apartment complexes was paused at the Shiloh Planning Commission Meeting. The Savannah and The Retreat at Shiloh both requested rezoning of property, among other variances.
The Savannah would sit on just over 26 acres at Cross Street and Tamarack and would be developed in phases beginning in 2019. A traffic light would be installed at the intersection to remove any negative traffic impact to Shiloh Middle School and to allow easier access for Savannah residents. Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen’s Principal Engineer Marsha Maller said the traffic light would be installed when construction began. The Savannah would have 335 units.
The Retreat at Shiloh would sit on 21 acres North of Frank Scott Parkway and West of Cross Street, across from Three Springs Park. The complex would have 276 units and be developed by 2020.
