Alderwoman reflects on time served, considers ‘behind the scenes’ look at city operations most fascinating aspect

O’FALLON – Having grown a thick skin after five years serving on the O’Fallon City Council, Courtney Marsh reflects on her tenure as she prepares to step down.

Marsh, who is a sixth generation family from O’Fallon, was elected to the O’Fallon Board of Aldermen in April of 2013. Before being elected an alderwoman, Marsh said she wasn’t really involved in the “day to day” functioning of the city.
