Cahokia man charged in O’Fallon burglaries

O’FALLON – A Cahokia man has been arrested and charged in relation to a multiple burglaries in the O’Fallon area. 

Twenty-seven year-old Dominique A. Hudson of the 1100 block of St. Stephens in Cahokia, was charged Thursday with Residential Burglary and Unlawful Possession of Firearm and Firearm Ammunition. The charges come following an extensive investigation spanning from July to August involving multiple burglaries.

Hudson was taken into custody on Wednesday, August 22, 2018.

On Thursday, August 23, the St. Clair County States Attorney issued a seven-count criminal information against Hudson. He was charged with five counts of Residential Burglary, one count Unlawful Possession of Firearm by a Felon, and one count Unlawful Possession of Firearm Ammunition by a Felon with a bond set at $75,000.

The O’Fallon Police Department encourages citizens to secure their windows and doors prior to leaving their residences.
