Lebanon council debates future of outdoor Brick Street dining area

LEBANON- During their June 15 meeting the Lebanon City Council Committee of Whole continued discussion of the City’s decision to make St. Louis Street one way from east to west for three blocks to allow restaurants to set up outdoor dining in the street. Over the past week, Alderwoman Jessica Zurliene surveyed the businesses on the Brick Street to
determine if the plan was working and whether they supported it or not. Eighteen business owners said that they like it, provided that some signage modifications are made. Six businesses indicated that they did not like it and would prefer it did not exist.
