O’FALLON – On October 19, 2016 the St. Clair County State’s Attorney issued charges against John Isom, 84 years old of O’Fallon, Illinois, with the following offense:
- One (1) count Disorderly Conduct (Class C misdemeanor).
The charge stems from an investigation initiated by the O’Fallon Police Department on Monday, October 17th after a complaint was received claiming Isom approached an 11 year old girl while she was walking to school in the 1200 block of Ruppel Ln. On July 14, 2016, Isom was charged by the Monroe County, Illinois States Attorney with one count of “Indecent Solicitation of a Child.” Isom is currently out on bond for this charge with a pending court date of January 4, 2017 in Monroe County.
