O’FALLON – Registered voters in some Caseyville, Lebanon and O’Fallon precincts will have a new polling location for the upcoming November 6, 2018 election.

Over the last couple of months, the St. Clair County Board approved the location changes for Caseyville 12, Lebanon 1 and 2, and O’Fallon 2, 4, 8, 13, and 15 precincts.

The most notable changes are the removal of polling locations previously placed in one of the O’Fallon public schools. The O’Fallon Consolidated Community School District 90 included the November 8, 2018 and April 2, 2019 elections as non-attendance days in the school calendar approved by the board in February. At that time, the county had not made changes to using the elementary school buildings as polling locations. Those dates will remain on the District 90 calendar as non-attendance days for the 2018-2019 school year.

Voters in Caseyville 12, who previously voted at the O’Fallon Assembly of God on Green Mount Road, will now vote at the O’Fallon Fire Department Headquarters located at 1215 Taylor Road.

Voters in Lebanon 1 and 2, who previously voted respectively at the First United Methodist Church and St. Paul United Church of Christ, will now vote at The Hett, located on the campus of McKendree University. O’Fallon Township 4 voters, previously voting at St. Joseph Church, will also vote at The Hett.

O’Fallon Township 2 voters have been moved to the City of O’Fallon Library from their previous polling place at Marie Schaefer Elementary School.

O’Fallon Township 8 will now vote at St. Nicholas Catholic Church. O’Fallon 8 used to vote at Estelle Kampmeyer School.

Voters in O’Fallon Township 13, who previously voted at J.E. Hinchcliffe School, also will now vote at the Fire Department Headquarters on Taylor Road.

O’Fallon 15 voters, previously voting at Delores Moye Elementary School, have been placed at New Life in Christ Church on Scott Troy Road.

Registers voters from those precincts should have received new voter registration cards from the St. Clair County Clerk’s office. A search by address for a polling place location can be done online via the St. Clair County Clerk’s website (

Early voting for the November election begins September 27, 2018 at the St. Clair County Clerk’s Office, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Additional permanent early voting sites at the Caseyville and O’Fallon Township Offices will begin October 22, 2018.
