O’Fallon City Council addresses sexual harassment policy, Outdoorsman Lounge expansion at first meeting of 2018

O’FALLON – The first City Council meeting of the year was held Tuesday to allow council to approve, on second reading, the new policy against discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct. A new state mandate requires bodies of government to adopt an ordinance against sexual harassment by January 15, 2018. The first meeting of the year was previously scheduled for January 16, but the state mandate deadline required an earlier meeting.
