O’Fallon Council approves FY19 Budget totaling $74,515,583

O’FALLON – Monday night the Council approved, on second reading, the Fiscal Year 19 budget of $74,515,583 for the City of O’Fallon. 

Since the first reading, at the April 2 council meeting, the library board amended their proposed budget to include $62,000 for a HVAC unit replacement. The proposed budget was adjusted accordingly to reflect the change. Increases in specific budget areas from the FY18 budget year included added personnel, street projects and water/sewer projects. The FY19 budget year will be effective May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019.
