O’FALLON – O’Fallon police are asking the public to watch for an individual suspected of Aggravated Domestic Battery.
On Friday, September 9, 2016 the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office issued warrants for the arrest of Martin A. Contreras-Jimenez, 27 years of age (Hispanic male, 5’08, 165, black hair, brown eyes) for his involvement in a domestic violence incident against his live-in girlfriend. The incident occurred on Thursday, September 8th in the 100 block of Booster Rd., O’Fallon.
Court issued criminal information indicate the following: One (1) count Aggravated Domestic Battery (Class 2 felony) and one (1) count Attempted Aggravated Battery/Use of a Deadly Weapon (Class 4 felony). Bond has been set at $40,000.00.
Contreras-Jimenez is not in custody and is known to frequent the Fairmont City and Madison areas. He was last seen fleeing the scene in a mid to late 90’s Chevrolet pick-up truck with a white camper shell and a picture of the Virgin Mary on the back window.
