The O’Fallon Panther hockey team is losing 11 seniors to graduation at the end of this season.

Thursday night at Poetker Arena against Alton, some of those seniors made sure to keep the good times rolling.

Graham Sudduth secured a hat trick and goaltender duo Kristen Smith and Brandon Pryor allowed just one Redbird shot into the net in a 13-1 win.

“We really came out with a balanced team effort,” Head Coach Jason Power told the Weekly. “Everyone wanted to honor the seniors in the right way, and you could see it in their play. It was great to see not only Graham and Jack (Wallace) get involved, but also guys like Grant Miner and Jack Gorazd finding the back of the net.”
