Questions, concerns surround Lebanon plan for outdoor dining

LEBANON- Confusion and disagreement surround the City’s decision to make St. Louis Street one way from east to west for three blocks to allow restaurants to set up outdoor dining in the street. Several doctors who have offices on the Brick Street are concerned about their elderly patients being able to navigate parking and entry into their offices, especially with the required COVID-19 screening process. Some restaurant owners are opting to not allow outside dining on the street due to the lack of barriers between diners and the traffic on St. Louis Street, citing liability concerns.
