Second luxury apartment complex announced for Shiloh

SHILOH – Watermark Residential has announced plans for a new luxury apartment development in Shiloh. If approved, Watermark plans to construct a combination of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartment homes totaling 276 units. The development is planned for a 20-acre undeveloped parcel bordered by I-64 to the North and Frank Scott Parkway to the South, just west of Cross Street.

The subject real estate is currently owned by BJC HealthCare. The proposed Watermark site is located near BJC’s Memorial Hospital East, and will feature a pedestrian connection to the hospital.
