Shiloh Police are asking for information about stolen golf carts

SHILOH – The Shiloh Police Department are asking for information from the public that will lead to the return of golf carts stolen from Yorktown Golf Course earlier this month.

On Saturday, August 12, at approximately 6:55 a.m., the Shiloh Police Department responded to the Yorktown Golf Course located at 300 Goalby Drive for the theft of multiple golf carts that occurred overnight. Golf carts were stolen the same night from the Clinton Hills Golf Course in Swansea and we have been working in conjunction with the Swansea Police Department.

The suspects appear to be a group of white males approximately sixteen to twenty-one years of age that are believed to live in close proximity to the golf courses.

This is the fourth time that golf carts have been stolen from the Yorktown Golf Course.  The earlier reports were received on March 28, July 7, and July 29.

The Village of Shiloh is offering a $1,000 reward for the first source that provides information leading to the arrest of the suspects. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Shiloh Police Department at (618)632-9047.
