Shiloh residents plead for help to stop possible scam artist

Becky Rasmussen, the Manager of Valley View Estates, asked the Shiloh Board of Trustees and Mayor Jim Vernier for help in stopping a man from allegedly scamming residents out of thousands of dollars.

Several residents of the manufactured home community, owned by Boatman Homes, Inc., were present for the meeting to serve as a collective voice in stopping the theft from happening to anyone else.
