O’FALLON – Directed by husband and wife duo Stephen and Jamie Eros, St. Clare Catholic Church is excited to bring the community two fantastic evenings of entertainment.  Join them on August 3rd and 4th at 7 p.m. for Godspell!

The debut musical written by three-time Grammy and Academy Award winner, Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Children of Eden), will take the audience on an adventure with a small group of people who will help Jesus Christ tell different parables, each learning their own lessons along the way.

The characters embody each actor’s personality as they learn about life through using a wide variety of games, storytelling techniques and just enough comic timing to keep the show exciting. The musical boasts an eclectic blend of songs featuring various styles from pop to vaudeville to country that are utilized as the

The cast features several members from the community and will feature the talented Andy Vietluf as Jesus. In addition, Godspell will employ a large cast of children who will portray several roles throughout the show, including the choir. Children who are interested in participating in Godspell can
