Last week, we reported on the members of the O’Fallon Township High School Bowling team who travelled down to Smyrna, Tennessee for the 2017 U.S. High School Bowling National Championships sponsored by the U.S. High School Bowling Foundation.

Not only did the O’Fallon teams impress with top five finishes for both the boys and girls, OTHS individuals made quite the statement down south.

Andrew Orf reached the Final Four of the individual event, rolling a tournament series total of 2,152 to reach the semi-final.

Orf finished behind only Andrew Olson of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Brandon Flora of St. Xavier, Kentucky, and Jacob Nimtz of Machesney Park, Illinois. Orf was the tournament leader for much of the evening before fading in his semi-final match.
